Returns the public subscription catalog: FREE, STARTER, PRO, and ENTERPRISE, in that order. This is the catalog, not the caller's current subscription.
Prices are US cents. A monthly price of 999 is $9.99.
This endpoint does not use an API key. Requests are limited by client IP.
